WHO WE ARE

Lorraine Lynch

Lorraine Lynch has a Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, as well as a First-Class Masters in Health Psychology. She is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology and has attained a portfolio of CPD certificates across various domains of psychology. Lorraine is the author of two books and is a contributor across radio, as well as web-based and print media. She is also a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and the British Psychological Society, whose ethics she firmly abides by.

Lorraine has a background in entrepreneurship and innovation, winning Social Entrepreneurs Ireland in 2015 for her role as co‐founder and director of the national organisation, Sugru Psychological Wellness Services. As part of this business, her role was Director for Innovation where she oversaw collaborations, business growth and marketing. She then established the Child Psychology Institute (CPI) in 2019 which is Ireland’s leading EdTech company specialising in online training and workshops for parents and those working with children both in Ireland and abroad. In 2021, Lorraine won Enterprise Ireland’s Start-Up of the Year after she completed the New Frontiers Entrepreneur Development Program in association with LIT. She is also the recipient of the highly acclaimed Network Ireland Business Woman of the Year Award 2021 in the Power Within Champion category.

In her spare time, Lorraine enjoys outdoor family time, Dylan’s lyrics and long Winter evenings in front of the fire.

Aine Connaire

Aine Connaire graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway with a Bachelor of Arts and a first-class Higher Diploma in Psychology. Branching into the field of psychotherapy, she went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a first-class Masters of Science in Child Art Psychotherapy. Aine has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Compassion Focused Therapy with Derby University under renowned Professor Paul Gilbert, the founder of Compassion Focused Therapy.

Aine has worked clinically as a psychotherapist with Pieta House, the National Counselling Service and the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. She also has worked in her own private psychotherapy practice since 2015, supporting adults, teens, children and their families. Aine is accredited with both the Psychological Society of Ireland and the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adheres to both bodies codes of ethics.

She has much experience providing training and workshops on various mental health, personal development and well-being topics to entrepreneurs, business leaders and the general public and is passionate about helping others to unlock their potential and thrive. 

Aine is a big outdoor and nature lover and in her spare time she can be found pottering out in her garden or exploring some of Ireland’s amazing countryside.   

Serena Glennon

Serena has a Masters in Business Marketing and Management Strategy and is a Qualified Marketer with the Marketing Institute of Ireland. Serena is a marketing consultant and acts as a freelance marketing adviser for a number of small medium businesses and has been responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance for many businesses and organisations. With over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, Serena is known for driving brand growth and maximizing operational activities.

Serena has worked with many large organisations throughout Ireland and Canada in various industries such as food and beverage, construction and manufacturing, telecommunications, recruitment, wealth management and psychology giving her a unique perspective into how organisations and businesses operate and to see first-hand the challenges they face. Serena is also currently a Business Operations and Marketing Manager for an international staffing solutions provider.

When she isn’t working, you’ll find Serena either cooking up a storm in the kitchen or saying yes to new adventures.
